About

A rebuild firm that lives where the storms land

We're a firm of fifteen, based on Blairs Ferry Road, in a part of the country where hail and straight-line wind are a fact of life.

We started with roofs and grew into the rest of the house, because a roof is only the first thing a storm touches. Most of our week after a storm is the phone, the ladder and the paperwork, in that order.

How we work

  • The person who walks your roof writes your estimate

  • One folder for the whole claim, which you can see

  • A named lead on every job

The people

Who you'll meet

  • Serafina Coronado

    Owner and estimator

Walks the roof and writes the estimate. She reads the adjuster's estimate beside you, line by line.

  • Bob Cullen

    Production manager

Schedules the crews and orders the material. The person to call about dates.

  • Sherika Farrow

    Claims coordinator

Builds the photo report and the supplement request, and keeps the paperwork in one folder you can see.

  • Arnold Locklear

    Roofing crew lead

Runs the roofing crews and the tarp calls after a storm.

  • Aristeo Galarza

    Siding and interiors lead

Leads the crews that rebuild walls, windows, ceilings and drywall.

Our habits

Three things we do the same way every time

  • We tell you when we can't come

After a storm there are more calls than crews. We take them in order and say when we'll be there, even when it's not today.

  • We show you before we close it

Wet insulation, a rotted deck board, a bent flashing. You see it, then it's covered.

  • We put it in writing

The scope, the deck price, the deductible and the start window, on their own lines.
