Services

Water and interiors

When water gets through a roof, the damage isn't only on the roof.

We open the ceiling or wall, show you what's wet, dry it and replace it. You see the wet insulation before it's closed again.

What's included

  • Opening up and removing wet material

  • Drying with fans and dehumidifiers

  • New insulation, drywall and ceiling

  • Taping, finishing and primer

  • Cleanup of the room and the path to it

Not included

What this work doesn't cover

  • Painting

We prime. The final color is yours to choose and to ask us for.

  • Mold remediation

If mold is more than a small area, a remediation firm does that work first.

  • Contents

Furniture and belongings are your claim, not ours.

Cost

What changes the cost

  • How much is wet

We find the edges with a moisture meter.

  • Ceiling height and texture

A textured ceiling takes more work to match.

  • Insulation

Wet insulation is replaced, not dried.

  • Drying time

It depends on the season and the humidity.
